Register

June 20 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm EDT

Has your company decided to keep the work from home model in place? Do you now have the option to work a hybrid schedule, working just a few days a week in the office? Are you starting to work with more international third-party companies? In this session, we will investigate the potential biases in comparing remote workers to in-office employees, and how biases can be overcome to develop a shared company culture across platforms. We will discuss strategies for genuinely supporting all workers, including those coming from different background and regions. Key takeaways from this session include how to meet the needs of remote employees, how to utilize varied backgrounds to your company’s advantage, and who to involve in cultivating company culture.
