Celebrate Member Appreciation Week with us by taking care of our greatest resource… YOU! Join us for a virtual wellness workshop to learn about the stress response and how it affects your nervous system! Discuss the concept of micro-breaks as a stress management tool and experience movement & mindfulness techniques to use throughout the day to reset your nervous system quickly. Leave with techniques to start using on your own that day to regulate your nervous system! Beginners welcome. Mat suggested, if hard floors.

About the Instructor: Tiffany Lord is a Corporate Yoga Coach and Stress Management Expert who founded Love + Asana to help busy professionals feel more resilient and empowered in their wellness. Her all-levels, accessible approach to physical and mental health allows employees to easily learn and implement healthy habits during their work day…and feel the benefits ripple out into all areas of life.

She is an E-RYT and Continuing Education Provider with the Yoga Alliance, as well as a 500-hour Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist. Her expertise includes resilience, stress management and yoga for Migraine. Tiffany has published wellness articles in fyi50+, CO Yoga + Life, and she is the author of multiple “Get With Gratitude” journals based on her online workshop series for resiliency through a grateful mindset.
