Meet a Member: Lily Morris is the Internal Communications Specialist at Johnson Lambert. In her role, she produces monthly newsletters and manages the internal intranet used to share information on sales pipeline, firm happenings, and updates from business units to the firm. She also develops social media content for the firm, specifically around recruiting and firm culture. Beyond her marketing responsibilities, she oversees the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee where she coordinates committee events and projects, and works with leadership to develop goals and strategies for the committee.
