Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Webinar: Short Horizons Drive Long-Term SuccessRegister
February 15 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST
This webinar is provided in collaboration with CPAmerica.
In this “career-fluid” era, everyone—firms, professionals, and clients—are increasingly remixing workload, time, place, and pay into smaller bites to support sustainable growth for all. Leading firms are building career-fluid workplaces, by both intuition and intention. They’re learning what is sustainable for employees is what’s sustainable for firms and vice versa, in a continuous loop. In this session, we will share insights from the 2022 Accounting MOVE Project, review strategies successful firms are using to recruit, retain and promote women and people of color, and learn how these winning tactics can be applied at all firms. We will also discuss where firms are in terms of each of the MOVE elements: Money, Opportunities, Vital Supports & Entrepreneurship. (For 13 years, MOVE has measured both demographic data and workplace culture to understand what works now, in today’s economy to advance women and other underrepresented groups in firm leadership.
