Business Development Roundtable: Motivating and Engaging Technical Professionals in the Sales Process

The Business Development Roundtable will focus on the strategies and techniques to motivate and engage accounting professionals in the sales process. This interactive session will discuss the role of accounting professionals in the sales process, how BD professionals can effectively communicate the value of sales efforts to them, and ways to create engagement and accountability for business development activities. The roundtable format will provide a dynamic and interactive environment that encourages participation from all attendees.


Chris Fifis | Grassi

Chris Fifis is the Director of Business Development for Grassi.  With Chris as a member of Grassi’s leadership team, the firm’s clients and prospects can expect to gain insightful guidance to help align the many advisory resources available at Grassi with their goals and business objectives.  Chris works closely with the firm’s professionals to cultivate new business opportunities and further the growth of both Grassi’s practice areas and the clients they serve.

Chris received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Philadelphia University.

As the Director of Development for Wilkins Miller, one of the top 400 accounting firms in the Southeast, Jeff spearhead’s initiatives aimed at firm growth and enhancing market footprint. In addition to his work at the firm Jeff extends his expertise to the broader accounting community by consulting with other firms in crafting growth strategy and individual business development plans.
