Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Webinar: Recognizing and Combating Unconscious Bias
RegisterJanuary 17 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm EST

First impressions are the basis for unconscious bias. Unconscious bias is the soft prejudices we all have and are unaware of. In today’s world, this lack of awareness can profoundly impact your professional and personal life and the way you unintentionally communicate and think. Overt racism is easy to identify, but how do you identify an unconscious bias? This session will take a deep dive into the subject, have you confront some of your own biases, and regardless of race, status, income, or education, see how you have been a casualty of unconscious bias.
