December 2025: Favorite Projects of 2025
Navigating a Proposal Tool Migration: Research, Selection and Key Recommendations:This year Whitley Penn recognized the need to migrate our proposal tools as a strategic marketing initiative for our firm. With varying and dynamic needs of the growing firm we needed a nimbler tool that would allow us to scale, respond, and produce products that matched the size and exposure of a top 40 firm. If you are looking for advice on either a new platform or how to approach facilitating a migration or implementation project of this magnitude in 2026, we wanted to share our approach in the hope of helping to save you some time and heartache.
Celebrating Relationships: Our October Client Appreciation Events: When I look back at this past year, my favorite project – hands down – was the series of Client Appreciation Events my Firm hosted in October. Forvis Mazars Alumni Platform: One of my favorite projects this year has been launching the Forvis Mazars Alumni Platform—an initiative that brings fresh energy to alumni engagement through networking, events, and professional growth opportunities. Built with EnterpriseAlumni and supported by office-level Alumni Champions, this article explains how the platform helps elevate firm culture and long-term relationships.
How Our Intranet Glow-Up Became My Favorite Project of the Year: This year, my favorite project turned out to be the one that intimidated me the most: a full 12-week rebuild of our firm’s intranet, FRANK. In this article, I’m sharing what worked, what we learned, and the practical steps that helped us transform a clunky system into a tool our people actually want to use. If an intranet refresh is on your radar, this one’s for you.
How Cherry Bekaert Reimagined Its Digital Experience and Broke the Post-Launch Traffic Myth: Cherry Bekaert’s website relaunch successfully avoided the typical post-launch traffic drop, instead increasing visits, leads, and visibility. By modernizing its platform, planning SEO early, and preparing for AI-driven search, the firm built a site that adapts to buyer behavior and shows how accounting marketers can strengthen their digital foundations.
