Stil Consulting

With nearly 10 years of experience in the accounting industry, I partner with leaders of professional services organizations that have outgrown the way they were built to grow. I help them connect firm strategy, client relationships, brand, and people development into one aligned growth system, so partners, practice leaders, and in-house marketing teams are pulling in the same direction. My work is strategic and facilitative: I help firms organize around the industries they serve, build the advisory mindset and trust that deepen client relationships, and guide marketing teams to carry the strategy forward.
