Conduct an evaluation of your top competitors on the web. Look to see what they are doing, what terms are they optimizing for, and who is linking to them.

What have you learned the hard way?
Partners need to see it to believe it. For this reason, tracking and measuring to show signs of success on the road to the goal.

What are your special skills or what is something people may not know about you?
I speak passable Spanish.

What is the biggest benefit you receive from your AAM membership or what affect has AAM had on your career?
Hands down networking. Many of the people I met and have stayed in touch over the years continue to offer professional advice, guidance, and camaraderie.

Share one marketing tip.
Start measuring everything you do. This will be essential to proving why change is needed, and your ideas can be the catalyst for the change.

What would you be doing if you had not become a marketer?
Before I was in marketing, I was a teacher, but I am certain I would not do that. I think I would be a psychologist.

If you had an unlimited budget, what is one thing you would implement immediately?
Start building a SEO database including tools, tips, and templates for accounting marketers to use.
