About the Position

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help develop strategies, tools and solutions that foster client engagement and support Aldrich Wealth’s efforts to grow business in Corporate Retirement Plans and Private Wealth Services for individuals. This position’s responsibilities include establishing a marketing strategy and executing marketing initiatives. The position will serve as Aldrich Wealth’s dedicated Marketing expert who executes the Wealth division’s marketing strategy and represents/liaises with the firm’s centralized team of Marketing experts. The individual will oversee, coordinate, and contribute to marketing and business development projects, including content development, client communications, client events, marketing collateral, and business development proposals.

You’ll Get a Chance To

  • Identify opportunities to promote Aldrich Wealth’s brand awareness internally and externally
  • Implement marketing strategies and plans that drive growth
  • Responsible for executing content to be shared in various channels such as social media, email newsletters, website posts, marketing collateral, and presentations
  • Analyze, own, and present results for marketing activities, identifying key insights and ways to optimize and evolve the initiative
  • Oversee the Wealth division’s digital content calendar, manage both the creation and execution of deliverables and develop custom content with support from Aldrich Wealth experts and the marketing team
  • Build processes and programs that improve content collaboration across Advisors and marketing
  • Manage the creation and updates of marketing assets (e.g. flat sheets, website, videos, sales tools) to better address prospects’ needs
  • Supervise Wealth Marketing team members and provide coaching and feedback to guide their professional development

Skills for Success

  • Strong business acumen; either has or is willing to develop working knowledge and understanding of the investment philosophies, strategies, and processes associated with Aldrich Wealth, and the various services the firm provides
  • Knowledge of methodologies deployed to acquire new customers and key performance metrics associated, as well as interest in staying current with knowledge in this area
  • Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and
  • Understands and can work effectively within email marketing programs, social media platforms, and WordPress
  • Client-facing skills required to successfully execute client events
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams and successfully navigate across the firm

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university preferably in Marketing, Communications or another related degree
  • 7-10 years of experience in similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Copywriting and editing content with an attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

Preferred Experience

  • Knowledge of CRM
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Graphic design experience
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Knowledge of Prezi
