As the Marketing Manager on CRI’s Corporate Marketing Team, you will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with senior level professionals and leaders to plan and execute marketing strategies, as well as oversee the project management and coordination of those efforts within the Corporate Marketing team. This role will manage multiple marketing team members. Project management is the foundation of this position, and the ideal candidate will be creative, persistent, detail oriented, and deadline driven leader. This role provides the right individual with a unique opportunity to collaborate with high level leaders of a fast-growing and established Top 25 accounting and advisory firm, as well as working directly with our Family of Companies.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, marketing, business, accounting, or related field

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience in management role
  • Previous experience creating strategic business plans
  • Previous WordPress and Wix experience preferred
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management software preferred
  • Previous professional service firm or related profession preferred
  • Experience with creating and developing a new role with a team

Knowledge, Skill & Abilities Requirements:

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and eager to grow in a new position
  • Demonstrated mastery of Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365
  • General or technical knowledge of the accounting, financial, or professional services firm field preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment with multiple competing priorities
  • Team player responsible for timely responses via email, Microsoft Teams, and/or phone
  • Capacity to quickly learn and evolve
  • Comfortable receiving and providing candid feedback and constructive criticism with tact and diplomacy
  • Comfortable working with all levels of professionals, as this role will be working with all staff levels at the firm
  • Resourceful, with an ability to think quickly and put an idea into action
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
  • A desire to progress within the team and the firm by setting measurable fiscal year goals

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee local offices and industry marketing plans and execution
  • Coordinate and manage Family of Companies marketing
  • Collaborate with CRI and Family of Company professionals to help drive content and strategy
  • Assist other team members during peak periods of conferences/travel, new resource rollouts, major campaigns, or other marketing initiatives to ensure that deadlines are met
  • Facilitate planning, scheduling, and tracking documentation for the Family of Companies marketing needs
  • Work alongside outsourced vendors in pursuit of marketing endeavors
  • Deliver excellent client service to our internal partners, staff, etc.
  • Goal planning and coordinating a new team
