The role of Growth Specialist will support the Chief Growth Officer and Senior Growth Manager develop and implement growth initiatives that support the firm, industry niches, and service lines to help the firm reach its growth goals. With oversight and guidance, the Growth Specialist will be expected to be a strong contributor to the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

  • Assist with development of annual growth plans for industries and service lines
  • Implement the associated tactics in the growth plans:
    • Key messaging and value proposition development
    • Website updates
    • Collateral development
    • Email campaigns
    • Virtual and in-person events for clients and/or internal audiences
    • Content development
  • Contribute to managing the firm’s marketing technology stack:
    • SitePilot
    • Introhive
    • Constant Contact
    • BrightEdge
    • Canva
    • Adobe
  • Draft and edit proposals as requested
  • Manage marketing inbox, reviewing and passing along requests as needed
  • Data management and reporting
  • Assist with budgeting/financials

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of growth marketing and/or business development support experience working in a public accounting firm, B2B or other professional services environment (e.g., law firm)
  • STRONG writing and editing skills
  • SRONG oral communication skills; including presentation skills
  • Sound project management skills
  • Strong client service mindset with both internal and external clients
  • Independent, organized, self-starter that will provide tactical and strategic support to partners and key leaders
  • Ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with partners and professional team, including operations and administration
  • Can-do attitude, team player; ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • Experience with CRM system not required, but encouraged
